General Manager - Football Operations.

The Ainslie Football Club (AFC) is seeking to employ an experienced and highly talented individual to provide management and leadership in the role of General Manager - Football Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sports management and a proven background in marketing and communications.

The role requires the successful candidate to have strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and to bring a strategic focus to the entire football department. A high level of written and oral communication is essential to the position.

Whilst the position works closely with the Board, the General Manager will, at times, work independently and therefore require the ability to manage priorities to achieve deadlines.

The successful applicant will commence early in 2015.
