CARLTON'S review of its list management team is underway, with the Blues parting ways with a recruiter amid further expected changes.
AFL.com.au has confirmed recruiting officer Dale Bleach was moved on a fortnight ago, less than two years into his new role at Ikon Park following a six-year stint at Hawthorn.
It comes as the Blues continue a review of their wider football operations, which was announced by chief executive Cain Liddle following the sacking of coach Brendon Bolton in June.

Carlton insists Bleach's role won't be replaced in the lead-up to this year's Trade Period and NAB AFL Draft, but more movement is expected ahead of 2020.
BARRETT Rance still hell-bent on finals return
Fremantle recruiter and former Carlton father-son recruit David Walls has been linked to a role at the Blues next season, but he remains happy and contracted at the Dockers.
The son of Carlton legend and current coaching advisor Robert, David has close ties to Blues list manager Michael Agresta and head of football Brad Lloyd.
Based in Melbourne, Walls has been with Fremantle since 2008 and worked closely with Lloyd, who was the Dockers' list manager for 10 years before moving to Carlton last season.

The first change comes as the Blues have refused to confirm general manager of list management and strategy Stephen Silvagni's position at the club for next season.
"I feel like Stephen's done a great job, I've referenced a number of times the hand he was dealt when he got here (2015)," Carlton chief executive Cain Liddle told SEN last month.
"You look at our young talented list, we feel stability in a football club's really important, I hope Stephen and I hope everyone's still here next year, but I've also stated, we've won five games in two years and we're reviewing all parts of our club and that includes me."
The Blues are expected to continue to add resources to their recruiting division for next season with an increased focus on technology to be explored.
