Your Heart
Sunday 28th September is World Heart Day. A healthy heart is vital for living life to the full. An unhealthy diet, not enough physical activity and smoking are the leading causes of heart disease and stroke.
Taking care of your heart is important throughout your life, from childhood to old age. This month we highlight articles that look at the importance of exercise for keeping you and your heart healthy along with the importance of good nutrition. Read on to find out more.
