MARK LeCras had a night out against the Bombers in round 16 and, not surprisingly, one of the West Coast forward's 12 goals has been nominated for the Panasonic AFL Goal of the Year.

LeCras' classy snap in the last quarter (his 11th of the night) has been nominated alongside Hayden Ballantyne's final quarter goal from the boundary that sunk the Demons and Daniel Giansiracusa's snap in Darwin that brought Port's Paul Stewart into close contact with the goalpost.

Round 16's Hungry Jack's Mark of the Year nominations were the first for a number of weeks not to feature Jack Riewoldt.

Former Tiger Jay Schulz did score a nomination for his fine mark over Bulldog Tom Williams.

The other two nominated marks for the round were Luke McPharlin's sensational pack mark against the Demons, reminiscent of his Mark of the Year in 2005, and Josh Kennedy's classic mark over Cale Hooker - yet another highlight for the Eagles from a memorable evening.
