I just wanted to say thanks to all the West Coast Eagles players who took the time to sign autographs for the children at the West Coast Eagle Rookie Sausage Sizzle.

My daughters, Katelyn & Stephanie always look forward to attending these events. The girls have been collecting team autographs for the past couple of years and were very happy to have now almost complete their collection.

I especially wanted to thank David Wirrpanda, who patiently signed autographs and allowed fans to have their photo’s taken with him, well after most of the other players had gone inside to recover from their training session. Katelyn & Stephanie had been wanting Wirra’s autograph to complete their Guernsey from 2007, and were thrilled to finally have it.

I have attached a copy of the photo Wirra kindly allowed us to take (Katelyn & Stephanie are on his left and Gina on his right).
