It was the place that bred champions and yielded four premierships. It carried on a rich tradition and culture which became the envy of all sporting clubs around the country.
But now, it’s time to say goodbye.
This Saturday the 28th of November, North Melbourne members and supporters are invited to visit the old Arden Street building and club rooms for the very last time.
Come and walk the corridors which Wayne Carey once ruled, the locker room which served so many club legends like Wayne Schimmelbusch and the match committee room where crucial decisions were made by Denis Pagan.
While we say farewell to the past, it’s also a time to embrace the future as North enters a new era with its $15M facility and its young, talented playing group.
With the club's 2010 campaign officially launched, memberships will be available and the Roo Shop will have a special one day sale with 15% off all merchandise.
At 10am a unique auction will begin with hundreds of items from around the facility going under the hammer.
