WHEN asked to nominate the best 10 West Australian players of the past 25 years, champion West Coast ruckman Dean Cox loaded up on those who played for the Eagles.
And they include the stars from the 1990s such as Guy McKenna, Peter Matera, Glen Jakovich and John Worsfold, who captained the club to two flags and 10 straight finals appearances.

But in this week's episode of Personal Best, he hasn't forgotten about Fremantle and also includes two stars who ply their trade outside Western Australia.
Freakish Hawthorn forward Lance Franklin comes in at No. 8 on Cox's list. "Probably by the end of his career he will be a little higher, but he's an unbelievable player," Cox said.
Cox said that despite a brilliant career replete with premierships, best and fairests and a Norm Smith Medal, Brisbane Lion Simon Black continues to be under-rated.
"He gets underestimated when it comes to the greatest players of all time. He's a player who has done everything and when you play against him you notice he's all about the team," Cox said.
"He's clean in close, great at clearance work, an unbelievable player and probably unlucky not to be No. 1."
