ST KILDA midfielder Nick Dal Santo says he won't carry any lingering injury concerns into Saturday's grand final, with Jason Gram also declaring himself "100 per cent" fit.

Dal Santo (back) and Gram (groin) both sustained injuries in last Saturday's preliminary final against the Bulldogs, but completed a full week of training untroubled.

"I feel fine, the body's good and I'm ready to go," Dal Santo said during Friday's traditional grand final parade.

"I've been training and I had a good session yesterday. I didn't play a great deal in that second half, but I feel good."

Gram, who missed eight games earlier this season with groin and hamstring injuries, appeared to tweak his groin against the Dogs, but the 26-year-old said he was simply troubled by existing stitches.

"I've got stitches in my groin [and] all I've done is stretch them out a bit," he said.

"That happened pretty much after surgery when I was running around. I hadn't had [it happen for] a few weeks but I got a good one when I did the splits.

"I'm 100 per cent right now ready to go. I trained both sessions this week so I got through them and had no problem at all."

Dal Santo and Gram were both on the losing grand final side last year, but Dal Santo said there was no point channeling that pain in the build-up to Saturday's match.

He said the Saints would be wiser for their 2009 experience, but revisiting the loss as a group would have no benefit.

"We're dealing with this week as it comes and there's no point looking back at last year," he said.

"We've learned a little bit from it and hopefully we can put that into practice tomorrow. It won't guarantee anything.

"You just know what to expect today and with the build-up to the game tomorrow.

"We've been putting in some quality years of football, so you'd think we've deserved our spot and we're going to try and make the most of it."
