2. Hawthorn Football Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who interferes with the entry/claims process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Hawthorn Football Club’s discretion.
3. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries/claims will be deemed invalid.
4. ULTIMATE Hawks Premiership team commences on 17/07/2011 and ends at 11:59pm on 01/08/2011, multiple entries permitted.
5. How to enter: To be eligible to enter, you must submit your vote(s) online via hawthornfc.com.au, fax to 03 9535 3020 or via post ULTIMATE Hawks Premiership Team PO Box 829 Mt Waverley VIC 3149.
6. Employees of Hawthorn Football Club may enter but will be ineligible to receive prizes.
7. Once all votes are submitted the ULTIMATE Hawks Premiership Team will be announced at the Peter Crimmins Medal, held at Crown Palladium, 08/10/2011.
8. Spot prizes will be awarded for entries that correctly select the ULTIMATE Hawks Premiership Team as voted by the public. Hawthorn Football Club will contact the winners.
9. Personal details provided by voting on the ULTIMATE Hawks Premiership Team remain the property of Hawthorn Football Club Ltd. and will be used for the purpose of direct marketing of Club specific products. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing from the Club, contact the membership department by email membership@hawthornfc.com.au or by phone on 1300 042 957 (9am - 5pm EST weekdays)
