Have you ever wanted to ask JK a question?
Here’s your chance!
Send an email to Josh at: askjk@westcoasteagles.com.au and he will reply to the five best questions every week.
Maybe you’ve always wanted to know what an AFL footballer eats for breakfast, or what JK gets up to on his day off.
The only way to find out is by emailing Josh now!
Here are Josh's answers to this week's top questions:
When you were at Carlton, how did you feel when you had to travel interstate to play? And how long does it take to adjust to a team that usually has to travel every second week?
Hey Josh,
My question is life about after football, do you know what you're going to do in later life or haven’t you gone down that track yet? Good luck with the rest of the year all the best.
Gary
Hey Gary,
Thanks mate, yeah not to sure just yet, I have a couple of business's with SLEEPY'S in Osborne park, a mattress store and also a removalist company, Josh Kennedy's Small Moves, which does house removals and deliveries.
Hopefully these two can run themselves so I don't need to get in there and work because i don't know if the body could handle moving stuff all day after footy!
I also do a part-time cabinet-maker apprenticeship at AJ's Cabinets in Wangara, so maybe one day I'll be doin that. I'm trying to soak in as much as I can so one day, when that time does come, I'll have a few options!
Hey Josh,
I was wondering if you guys have gotten rid of your beards and if so who had the best and worst? And also, do any of the eagles like AC/DC coz they are my all-time favourite band.
Kellie
Kellie,
I love AC/DC, their concert was amazing and had the best time!
Yeah, there's a few of us out, I've shaved mine, so has Jack Darling and Lecca. Lynchy, Hamsy and Stijky are still growing theirs, I think Lynchy will win though! Lecca definitely had the worst, all mangy and rough lookin, Hamsy has a red beard so that's pretty cool! haha
Hi Josh
I was womdering who you went for as a kid? I also read that you and Luke Shuey are together before games. You combined so well in that thumping of the Bulldogs, does friendship make a difference to how you play with one-another, and if there's anyone you don't like, are you able to put that aside on the field?
Conor
Hey mate,
I followed Collingwood when I was younger, used to love Scotty Burns and now he's our coach which is cool. Yeah, me an Bootsy are usually last in the change room listening to music, our group is a great bunch and the best thing is that we all get along. Being close mates with guys who you play with probably makes wins and individual achievements more exciting and more memorable. I love going to training and practicing alongside 45 of my good mates, and then playing each week with 21 of them!
Hi Josh,
I want to know how you felt when you kicked 10 goals and who do you like the most in the Eagles and the AFL.
From Caleb
It was pretty crazy mate, was a blur but still a great feeling and memory to have! I'm good friends with Lecca, Butsy, Strijky but not Hamsy, can't stand him and I wish we got his twin brother Kyle instead of him ...... hahah nah he's great value and a good mate!
