As part of the Club’s commitment to success, we are seeking to appoint a full-time Academy Director within the Football Department based at Linen House Centre Frankston.
As a senior position within the coaching structure, the Academy Director will play a critical role in implementing the new Player Academy program focusing on elite player development. The role involves both coaching & management duties to deliver desired outcomes within the framework.
Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a professional sporting environment would be an advantage, whilst the ability to work flexible hours is essential (including weekends).
