The North Melbourne Football Club was founded in 1869 and has been a member of the Victorian and Australian Football Leagues since 1925. After rejecting a proposal to relocate to the Gold Coast in 2007, the Club has built state?of?the?art facilities in Arden Street, returning to a member-owned structure and increasing membership beyond 33,000.

Importantly, substantial investment has been channeled into the Football Department, building a platform for sustained on-field success. The next phase is the delivery of a growth strategy focusing on community engagement, increasing the member and supporter base, achieving financial independence and ultimately delivering our 5th Premiership.

The CEO will work closely with the Chairman and Directors, participating at Board level to drive the commercial success of the Club and delivering a sustainable business model that ensures ongoing success, both on and off the field. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee every aspect of Club operations, ensuring effective allocation of resources and solid financial discipline. A major requirement of the role will be diligent stakeholder management including the AFL, sponsors, the media and the broader North Melbourne football community.
