Feedback: Critical to the Bulldogs continuing improvement

Each week during season 2008, you have the opportunity to provide tangible feedback directly to your Club. Just two minutes each week is all it takes and every week one lucky respondent wins a $50 Bulldogs Shop voucher, while every respondent goes into the draw to win two Grand Final tickets in September.
Your feedback is vital to the ongoing success of the Western Bulldogs with over 3,000 people providing their personal feedback over the past six weeks.
With two great wins on the board for the LeasePlan Western Bulldogs the season ahead looks exciting for your Club. Membership numbers are slowly rising past 23,000 game-day members this week (26,500 total members) but the 32,000 target is still a little way off and we ask you as members to spread the word and help get all those Bulldogs supporters on board for a fabulous 2008!
Last week’s survey focused on how to improve the membership packages and your satisfaction levels on our Round 1 on-field performance.
- Primarily, feedback centered around the delivery of membership cards for Season 2008. Due to the new initiative with our Premier Partner, Ezybonds and the provision of our 2008 Membership card doubling as a debit card, delivery of the cards this year were delayed. The Club apologises for the delay but is also very pleased with the positive support from our members for this new initiative.
- 73% of respondents rated 7 or higher in expressing their satisfaction of the “Team’s 8th position on the ladder after Round 1.” No doubt the improvement to 3rd position will keep the momentum of satisfaction flowing after the team’s exhilarating Round 2 win over Melbourne.
- 87% of respondents rated 7 or higher when stating that the “players on-field performance in Round 1” lived up to their expectation of on-field performance.
You will notice as the surveys progress during the year some questions will be repeated. This re-iteration is intentional to gain a useable data and transform your feedback into tangible change within your Club.
