Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing & Fan Development, you will be responsible for:
• Retaining High Risk: Planning & execution of early tenure engagement program/s and offers to members in their first 1-3 years
• Rewarding High Value: Planning & execution of a rewards program for members who purchase high margin/value products
• Recognising High Tenure: Planning, execution and management of a milestone recognition program to honour long term support
• New member growth: end to end management & execution of acquisition campaigns & on-boarding/ welcome communications
• Reporting and tracking against KPI’s for all of the above
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
• Retention / early engagement - preferably in member based organisation
• Campaign management - ability to deliver integrated campaigns across online & offline channels
• Stakeholder management - managing critical internal and external relationships
• Budget management - ability to work to a budget without supervision
• Capable of working a wide array of hours with a varying time schedule to suit the seasonal priorities of the football industry
You will also demonstrate the following personal attributes;
• Team player - must be able to work as part of a small, tight-knit team
• Resilience - ability to work to deadlines and stay focused under pressure
