The Essendon Football Club has a reputation as a leader in the Australian sports industry, with a proud history and strong values.  Driven to be recognised and respected as the most successful sporting club in Australia, both on and off the field, we are now seeking casual Merchandise Sales Assistants to join our Merchandise team.

Reporting to the Merchandise Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

·       Assisting in the growth and development of the Essendon Football Club retail sales business including the Bomber Shop, Stadium Outlets and Bomber Shop on line store.

·       Working with the Bomber Shop team to ensure we make a positive impact on all customers we engage with. 

·       Assisting the Team Leader in managing all retail operations of the Bomber Shop including processing sales, merchandising, customer service and inventory management.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

·       Proven experience in retail

·       Exceptional customer service skills

·       Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills

·       Outstanding communication skills

·       Ability to work independently and part of a team

·       Experience managing on line retail sales

·       Willing and able to work on weekends
