Harley Bennell (WA)
A shining light on a dark day for WA. Started in the midfield then pushed forward, kicking six of his team’s eight goals, including four in a superb last quarter. Looks certain to be snapped up early in the draft.

Sam Day (SA)
The 195cm Sturt product has all the tools to make it as a tall forward in the AFL. Showed a great leap, strong hands and goal-kicking ability on both sides of the body in the win over WA.

Lucas Cook (Vic Country)
Had 20 possessions, took seven marks and kicked five goals in his team’s win over Vic Metro. From North Ballarat in the TAC Cup, Cook is 194cm and looks an outstanding key forward prospect.

Andrew Gaff (Vic Metro)
The left-footer from the Oakleigh Chargers had 31 possessions and laid three tackles in a sweeping role across half-back. Looks in the mould of Lions star Luke Power with his hard running and clean hands.

Anthony Miles (NSW/ACT)
Had a day out against NT with a whopping 43 possessions and three goals. From North Albury Football Club and the Murray Bushrangers, he looks a certain GWS target.

Steven May (NT)
The strong-marking key forward was the dominant big man on the ground in NT’s loss to NSW/ACT, taking nine marks and kicking four goals. Gold Coast FC has priority on him.

Josh Green (Tasmania)
Turned in a super-impressive 35-possession performance in Tassie’s win over Queensland. Ran hard, used the ball well and kicked a superb goal from the boundary.

David Meli (Queensland)
A small forward from PNG, Meli’s use of the ball on both feet was outstanding as he racked up 28 possessions, including eight inside 50s and a smart goal. Is on an international scholarship with Essendon.
