Marketing Manager
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Communications, the position of Marketing Manager will create and drive innovative brand and consumer marketing activities in line with the strategic plan of the St Kilda Football Club.
In this exciting and varied position, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all creative services across the business, including agency briefings, day to day scoping of works and coordinating internal production schedules.
To be successful in this role you will have had 3-5 years of broad marketing experience, including an in-depth understanding of brand, advertising and digital communications. A comprehension of web design and development will be very advantageous as you will be managing a team of developers and designers.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communications skills, work to strict deadlines and manage both budgets and people effectively. The ability to write cohesive marketing plans and communications briefs for agencies and external suppliers is essential.
Tertiary qualifications in a marketing/business/communications discipline is a prerequisite, agency management skills and an understanding of the AFL and sporting industry will be advantageous.
