CHILDREN in flood-affected parts of Queensland can still register to take part in the 2011 NAB AFL Auskick program but should expect a short delay in the delivery of their Auskick packs, as the clean up from the devastating natural disaster continues.

Queensland-bound NAB AFL Auskick packs will be delayed by up to a week because of a backlog of incoming goods through the Brisbane wharf.

NAB AFL Auskick begins in Queensland schools in term one and in community centres from March onwards.

Children can find the centre nearest to them and register their participation for 2011 at www.aflauskick.com.au

Last year, a total of 166, 781 children were involved in the NAB AFL Auskick program.
