While Richmond will play its final game of the season against the Demons on Sunday, VFL affiliate Coburg is looking forward to a finals campaign, starting next week.

The Coburg Tigers take on the Bendigo Bombers at Windy Hill at 2pm on Saturday, having already sewn up their place in the 2008 VFL finals.

The Tigers cannot be dislodged from sixth position on the table, but can climb as high as fourth - and secure a double chance – if other results fall their way.

There will be plenty of talent on display this weekend, including Richmond-listed players Mark Coughlan, Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls, Dean Polo, Daniel Connors, Cleve Hughes, Cameron Howat, Tristan Cartledge and Danny Meyer.

Also eligible for the 2008 VFL finals are Daniel Jackson and Greg Tivendale, who have been selected for Richmond’s final AFL match against Melbourne.
