More than 8,000 tickets are still on sale for Saturday afternoon’s Showdown 22 and Mark Williams is calling on Power fans to take up the remaining seats, or better still join the revolution and become a season ticket holder.

About 2,000 tickets have been sold in the past 24 hours. So with 8,500 tickets left and around 48 hours until game time, there is a chance Showdown 22 will not be a sell-out.

However there are plenty of good reasons to make sure you’re at what should be a great game in perfect weather.

Williams told Power fans on FiveAA on Wednesday night he’d bring his best game plan if they all showed up!

“All I can say to anyone who follows footy is it’s going to be a great game,” Williams said.

“Adelaide’s coming off a fantastic game and our season has started pretty well. There’s a lot of excitement amongst our people.

“There’s a lot of our supporters out there that we really want to get to the games. You can’t get a better game to come to than a Showdown.”

Tickets are available from BASS outlets, the BASS website or by calling BASS on 131 246.

Better yet, a Power season ticket equates to the cost of just six daily tickets (and start at $155 for adults) so even if you only go to seven games this year, you’ve saved plenty of money. Power season tickets are now available, and will get you into Saturday’s Showdown. Buy your season ticket online here or call 1300 GO POWER.
