FREMANTLE defender Michael Johnson has pleaded not guilty to an assault charge stemming from a bizarre early-morning incident at a kebab shop last year.
Johnson faced Perth Magistrates Court on Monday over the 3am encounter on November 13, which was allegedly captured on CCTV footage.
It is claimed a school teacher filmed Johnson with his pants down around his ankles.
The court heard a one-day hearing on October 13 will involve two defence witnesses, while the prosecution will put forward three civilians and two police witnesses.
Johnson's bail was renewed and he declined to talk to media outside court.
