THE ADELAIDE Crows have suspended 2009 club best and fairest Bernie Vince, Matthew Jaensch and Graham Johncock from AFL action this weekend for what the club has described as a breach of "training and preparation standards".

The trio were suspended for a week after a recommendation from the Crows' senior leadership group, which was endorsed by senior coach Neil Craig and the Adelaide selection committee.

All three players will be available to play in the SANFL this weekend if fit. Johncock missed last weekend's loss to North Melbourne with a shoulder injury. Last July, Johncock was omitted from Adelaide's side to take on the Sydney Swans on the basis of poor form and failing to meet the club's standards of preparation.

The Crows are languishing in 15th position on the ladder, with just one win from their opening eight games.
