PORT Adelaide is warning fans to arrive 20 minutes earlier than normal for Saturday afternoon's clash against St Kilda at Adelaide Oval, due to enhanced security measures.
The added security measures have been put in place by Adelaide Oval in response to an incident at last week's Adelaide versus Geelong clash where a fan was able to ignite a flare.
As well as arriving early, fans are advised to limit the number of bags they bring to the ground as all bags will be searched.
A 33-year-old man was charged after last week's flare incident and the Everard Park man was banned from Adelaide Oval for life.
