Sydney Swans chairman Richard Colless says the Swans are looking forward to their last home game of the season at the SCG against the Western Bulldogs next Saturday August 21 at 7pm.

Colless said he wanted to reiterate how much players and fans enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at the historic ground.

Earlier this week Colless said the precinct surrounding the SCG needed upgrading, but he wants to emphasise it was not a general criticism of the Swans main home ground.

Colless has concerns about public transport accessibility to the Moore Park ground, the availability of parking near the SCG, and traffic flow after matches.

However Colless wants to make it clear his comments did not relate to the ground itself.

“We are always looking at ways to improve the experience for our members and fans, whether it be at the SCG, where we play most of our home games, or at ANZ Stadium where we play three games as well as home finals if we are lucky enough to qualify,’’ Colless said.
