Dream Team Captain Andrew McLeod is joined by Nathan Bock, Brett Burton, Tyson Edwards, Graham Johncock, Simon Goodwin and Ben Rutten.
The team will gather in Melbourne for training at the MCG on Wednesday May 7 and Friday May 9, before the final team of 25 is named the day before the game.
Only McLeod, Edwards and Goodwin have played representative football when they played for South Australia in State of Origin.
The state by state breakdown of the team saw 15 South Australians, 12 Western Australians, four New South Welshmen, four from the Northern Territory, two Queenslanders, one Tasmanian, one from the ACT and one Irishman selected.
Mark Williams will coach the side with Neale Daniher as his assistant.
