CROWS star Andrew McLeod will miss at least two weeks after it was decided he would undergo surgery on his troublesome right knee.

McLeod, who has managed nagging knee injuries since 1998, has experienced soreness in the joint over the past several weeks, and Crows head doctor Andrew Potter said it was best the five-time All-Australian underwent surgery as soon as possible.

“Andrew has had ongoing issues with his right knee and we think it is the appropriate time to have the arthroscopy and a clean-out,” Dr Potter said.

“At this stage we would expect him to be back in full training in two to three weeks.”
