Voting closed on Tuesday night and the final count was announced at the club’s Annual General Meeting, held at Etihad Stadium tonight.
Houghton and Laycock will retain their positions for the next three years after facing a challenge from former Northerners coterie President Caroline Carnegie.
Laycock becomes the club’s first female board member and along with Houghton, was strongly endorsed by Chairman James Brayshaw.
