If you have purchased your Membership in the past 14 days?
If you have renewed your AFL Membership or joined as a New AFL Member in the past 14 days, you may not have received your card. If you are yet to receive your card and would like to attend a match at the MCG or Telstra Dome, please follow the below instructions:
MCG Matches: To attend a match at the MCG, you will be required to collect an entry ticket from Gate 6 in the Great Southern Stand. Gate 6 staff Members will have a register of those who have purchased a Membership in the past 14 days and anyone collecting a ticket will need to provide photo identification so that your accounts can be noted following the match.
Telstra Dome Matches: To attend a match at Telstra Dome this weekend, you will be required to contact the AFL Membership Service Centre to arrange an alternative entry ticket for collection from an AFL Membership representative at the Telstra Dome Customer Service Centre, opposite Gate 2 on matchday. Photo identification will be required when collecting a ticket.
Did you purchase a 2007 AFL Membership 14 or more days ago and still have not received your card?
If your AFL Membership was purchased for the 2007 Toyota AFL Premiership Season 14 or more days ago, you should have received your Membership card by this stage in time.
All Memberships paid prior to this period have had cards printed and posted. Due to the large volumes of cards posted on a daily basis (40,000 cards were lodged with Australia Post over the first two weeks in February), we find that some do not reach their intended destination due to various reasons i.e. address changes, mail theft, mail lodgement mis-direction etc. In an attempt to reduce the numbers of cards that do not reach their destination our packs are mailed in plain envelopes to try and avoid attraction to the packages.
If you have not received your card and your renewal was lodged with AFL Membership more than 14 days ago, please email membership@afl.com.au with the subject ‘2007 AFL Membership card not received’ and include your name, membership number and current address details within the text section.
Upon email advice, we can arrange for the existing barcode to be cancelled and a new card printed and posted.
