You will have received by now your voting papers for the Presidency of the Club from Computershare who are conducting this election on behalf of Hawthorn Football Club.
The Presidency of our Club is important; as he or she provides guidance for our Club for the next three years.
Whom we elect is a responsibility of all members.
It is one of the few times we members actually get the opportunity to have a direct say in the affairs of the mighty Hawthorn Football Club.
Can I therefore ask you all to complete the voting forms and post them back to Computershare, indicating your preference between the two candidates offering themselves for the position of President: Andrew Newbold and Geoff Lord.
In the meantime - the boys are back from Kokoda and have started their pre-season training for next season.
We are on our way to 2012.
