MELBOURNEfc has made one change for Sunday’s big clash against the undefeated Hawks.
In the two teams' second encounter in eight weeks, Melbourne has included the experience of Ben Holland. He comes into the side at the expense of Mark Jamar, who has been omitted.
Holland has been impressive for Melbourne’s VFL affiliate side, Sandringham, and last week kicked four goals and collected 19 possessions along the way.
The emergencies for the encounter with Hawthorn are Adem Yze, Jace Bode and Chris Johnson.
The match will mark David Neitz’s farewell, after he announced his retirement on Monday afternoon.
The seal will be placed on his magnificent playing career, and you can farewell him as he makes his way around the MCG for the last time. It all starts at 1.45, so arrive early, cheer loudly, and remember ‘Neita’ and the part he has played in our club.
