Lions co-captain Chris Johnson has been selected to play against the Hawks on Saturday afternoon.
Johnson comes in for Ashley McGrath who fractured his ulna against the Kangaroos last week.
It will be a welcome return for Johnson, not only because he has been absent for the better part of three months, but because he will get to don his old Fitzroy Guernsey for the first time since 1996.
He remains the only player left on any AFL list to have played for Fitzroy before the merger.
The Lions have been in great form of late and will be hoping to make it six in a row against Hawthorn this weekend.
The final Lions team is:
B: Joel Macdonald (26), Daniel Merrett (21), Jason Roe (29)
HB: Jed Adcock (7), Joel Patfull (24), Robert Copeland (30)
C: Tim Notting (8), Nigel Lappin (44), Cheynee Stiller (32)
