The launch took place with Collingwood’s Travis Cloke, Scott Pendlebury, Nick Maxwell, Tarkyn Lockyer, Anthony Rocca and president Eddie McGuire on hand.
Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, now provides Victorian travellers with more convenient connections to the Middle East and Europe with the launch of a third daily flight from Melbourne, non-stop to Dubai.
Emirates will operate its new Victorian non-stop service to and from Dubai with its state-of-the-art Airbus A340-500. This offers passengers 12 luxurious First Class Private Suites, 42 seats in Business Class and generous space for 204 passengers in economy.
Collingwood and Emirates are heading into their eleventh season after the partnership formed in 1999.
