Injured Magpie duo Dale Thomas and Alan Didak are both available for selection for Saturday night’s round 20 contest against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium.

Collingwood’s general manager of football Geoff Walsh has declared both players fit with the match committee to decide their fate on Thursday.

“Alan's trained pretty solidly the last couple of sessions so, barring any unforeseen accidents on the track, he'll be up and going for this weekend,” Walsh told collingwoodfc.com.au.

“The medical team has indicated that Daisy will train this week as well.”

Sharrod Wellingham has missed the last two weeks with groin soreness and is listed as a test for the weekend.

"Sharrod, too. We expect him to train Wednesday and go from there. I think all those three guys will be right.”

Didak has not played since injuring his calf in the round 15 win against Sydney and has resumed training with the main group over recent weeks.  The 2010 All Australian was averaging 21 disposals, 3.7 marks and 3.7 tackles in his last three games prior to the injury.

Thomas, who was subbed out of the match against the Gold Coast due to a corked thigh, was a late withdrawal from Sunday’s game, which saw Ben Sinclair make his AFL debut.

Chris Dawes (hand) and Alan Toovey (finger) are both listed as 1-2 weeks away.

Collingwood's VFL side is traveling to Geelong on Saturday morning to take on the Cats in a must-win match for a potential finals berth.  Click here to recap the recent win over Frankston at Victoria Park.
