The Today Show’s Lisa Wilkinson became an ambassador of the Adelaide Football Club on Wednesday morning.

Simon Goodwin, on behalf of the Club, presented Lisa with official ambassadorship during The Today Show’s live broadcast from the Westpac Centre.

Lisa, who lives in Sydney, picked the Crows as her AFL team three years ago and has been an avid supporter ever since.

Her co-host Karl Stefanovic made her earn her Crows stripes, though, by demanding that she be able to kick a goal from 10 metres out directly in front.

Despite her very inappropriate footwear Lisa had some great coaching from Goodwin and sliced the middle, earning herself a hug from the captain and also Claude the Crow.

Goodwin presented her with a heritage jumper with her name and the number nine on it as well as a 19th Man flag.

Karl, who supports the Brisbane Lions, was not left out and was very pleased with his Crows jumper and a signed football.

Lisa joins a long and illustrious list of Adelaide Crows ambassadors which includes Guy Sebastian, Lleyton Hewitt, Daryl Harper, Rachael Sporn and Robyn Archer.
