An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1 year parental leave contract in the position of Fan Development Manager at the Fremantle Dockers to drive the implementation of strategies to engage and grow our loyal fan base and to drive all marketing, operations and strategy related to Membership services.
Having recently reached over 40,000 members, this position is critical to the ongoing success and strategic direction of the Club.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, memberships and / or customer service and experience in managing a busy team. They will be creative and have demonstrated innovation in previous marketing or membership campaigns.
They will enjoy interacting regularly with people from all walks of life and will to be flexible and able to perform well under pressure.
