Geelong has finalised its line-up for Sunday's clash with Hawthorn, with forward David Haynes among four inclusions.

Haynes, who hasn't played since round 14, has been named in a forward pocket, with the other three returning players - Jarad Rooke, Brent Moloney and Henry Playfair - to start the match on interchange.

The Cats lost Tim Callan to a groin injury and David Wojcinski with a dislocated elbow.

Matt McCarthy and Charlie Gardiner were both omitted.

Nathan Thompson is a welcome inclusion the Hawks.

Thompson missed last week with a hamstring strain and is joined back in the side by forward Nick Holland, who was a late withdrawal the previous week with a virus.

The retired Rayden Tallis and Robert Campbell, who was omitted, make way.

John Barker, Michael Osborne and Matthew Ball are the three emergencies.
