AS IF Adelaide's Scott Thompson wasn't already on enough AFL Dream Team lists, a 135-point clinic in Saturday night's NAB Cup Grand Final will no doubt ensure he's a must-have.

Thompson was simply awesome against the Eagles, finishing with 27 disposals, six marks and a goal. He again looms as a premium Dream Team midfielder in 2012.

Michael Tuck medalist Bernie Vince also looked as though he had brought his own ball to the game, especially early.

Vince began with 11 touches in the first quarter as well as the match's opening goal and only dropped off slightly to finish with 29 disposals and a well-earned 108 Dream Team points.

Recruit Tom Lynch showed he could be finally ready to make his mark at AFL level, dominating when brought on in the second half, with nine marks and 69 points.

Patrick Dangerfield (83 points) and David Mackay (84) were again solid, while forwards Kurt Tippett and Taylor Walker scored 78 and 77 points respectfully.

No West Coast player cracked the ton, although prolific midfielder Matt Priddis went as close as possible - his 24 disposals, two marks, a goal and eight tackles netted him 99 points.

Teammate Beau Waters was also amongst it, finishing with 93 points, while forward Josh Hill is sure to come up at selection meetings around the country with 88 points.

Having kicked six behinds, Hill could have easily scored 100-plus.

With Mark LeCras gone, the former Western Bulldog could become the Eagles' go-to small forward and at $276,600 he could end up an astute investment.
