This Sunday we are offering 40 lucky kids the chance to take on a team of Richmond supporters in a battle of strength and endurance before our Berry Street Cup clash with Richmond, in the ‘Never Give Up’ Tug-of-War Challenge.

Any child aged between eight and twelve can enter our competition to be part of the tug-of-war, which will take place on the arena before the game.

To go into the draw to take part in the Tug-of-War, send an email to competition@melbournefc.com.au stating your name, age and contact phone number.

We will be accepting only the first 40 eligible kids, and winners will be notified by Thursday.

All supporters are encouraged to bring a few extra gold coins to donate to the Berry Street volunteers, who will be outside the ground at Sunday’s game.

MELBOURNEfc co-captain, Cameron Bruce, said, “A spare dollar or two can help Berry Street to continue to never give up on these special kids”.

Berry Street is the largest independent child welfare organisation in Victoria. They helped nearly 11,000 Victorians over the past year including over 7,500 children and young people. For more information, visit www.berrystreet.org.au.
