Cameron Mooney, a late withdrawal from the match against Sydney last Sunday, has been named at centre half-forward, while Corey Enright, David Spriggs, Paul Koulouriotis and David Haynes are among the Cats interchange options.
Peter Riccardi, who strained a hamstraing against Sydney, will miss, while Andrew Mackie has been dropped.
There are three inclusions to the Carlton line-up. Daniel Harford, Jarrad Waite and David Clarke come into an extended 25-man squad to be trimmed to 22 on Friday.
Clarke last played in the seniors in round 10 while Harford has been playing with the Northern Bullants in the VFL since round 11. Waite has played the last two rounds in the VFL.
The line-up that accounted for the Kangaroos at Optus Oval last Saturday remains intact.
