Community Partnership Coordinator

This position is responsible for the development and delivery of various community programs, clinics and camps. The incumbent will be required to work closely with major charities and community organisations to implement specific programs and also with stakeholders from government, corporate and community sectors.

Reports to:
? Fan Development & Community Manager

Responsibilities:
? Establish and implement various Community Programs (including Richard Pratt Cup)
? Rapport building with major charities and community organisations
? Assistance in the development of Fan Development initiatives at all CFC home games
? Northern Blues strategy implementation
? Plan, assist and implement Community Projects, for e.g Training on Community grounds
? Involvement in the junior mascot allocation with charity groups & community organisations
? Involvement in the High Performance Academy and Super Clinics
? Assist in identifying partnership opportunities for the CFC

Skills and Experience:
? Qualification/Degree in Sport & Recreation or related discipline
? Previous AFL industry experience
? Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
? Proven relevant experience working with young people, particularly from culturally and linguistically diverse populations
? Flexibility in working outside business hours and weekends
