The North Melbourne Football Club is pleased to announce that Sandra O’Mara has been appointed to the position of Membership Manager.

Director of Commercial Operations Anthony Trainor said that Sandra will bring significant industry experience to the job.

 "Sandra's expertise in membership operations, ticketing and customer service made her the outstanding candidate for this important role," Trainor said.

"Our members are the heart and soul of this club, and it is vital that we continue to improve the level of service they receive while also working hard to grow our membership base.

"Sandra will work closely with key North Melbourne and AFL Shared Services staff to develop and implement membership retention and acquisition strategies for 2009."

O'Mara previously held the position of Membership Assistant at the Collingwood Football Club.  She will commence work at North Melbourne next Monday.
