The Geelong selectors have opted to make just the one change for Saturday night's preliminary final against Brisbane at the MCG.

Forward Kent Kingsley comes back into the line-up after serving his one match suspension and Brent Moloney is the unlucky player to make way.

Kingsley has been named on interchange while Moloney is an emergency along with Shannon Byrnes and Paul Chambers.

Despite having been earmarked for the job on Brisbane forward Jonathan Brown, Cam Mooney has been named at centre half-forward.

The Lions have brought in Alastair Lynch and Clark Keating for Joel MacDonald and Ashley McGrath. Lynch has been named at full-forward and Keating in the ruck.

Both had been under a cloud with leg injuries and neither was able to train with the Lions squad on Wednesday.

McGrath and MacDonald are emergencies, along with Darryl White who was a late withdrawal with a virus from the qualifying final line-up against St Kilda, and who has been unable to force his way back into the 22.
