I would really like to thank and congratulate the three players who visited my aging mother-in-law in her nursing home (Hailey House) in Ballarat last week. It really is great that the Club conducts such visits which must in many ways be quite difficult.

Brad Howard, Matt Ferguson and Jarryd Allen all made a great impression with their attitude and manner, making and old lady very happy. Nursing homes can be quite depressing and difficult places and the young men conducted themselves very well. “…..So much nicer than those Richmond players last year,” was her comment!!
