Want to win a footy clinic with Matt Priddis?
Medibank is giving five lucky children, aged between six and ten, the chance to win a one-hour footy clinic with Matt Priddis on August 9, 2011 for themselves and a friend.
To enter, children can fill out an entry form telling Medibank how they keep fit and healthy in 25 words or less.
Entry forms are available at a Medibank store or during a Medibank player appearance and must be submitted by 5pm on July 27, 2011.
