We continue to hear from Crows fans living and travelling overseas. But now we also want to hear from some of those thousands of Crows fans who live outside the Adelaide area but go to great lengths to follow our club.

Glenys Cooley writes about her experiences as a Crows supporter living in Tasmania...

I read with interest the letters published on the website from Crows fans overseas and was happy to see a letter from an interstate fan from Newcastle.

I am also an interstate fan living in Tasmania. I have always lived in Hobart and have followed the Crows since 1995. I have been a Boundery member for 5 years and I am a very passionate supporter.

I was lucky this year to see the Crows play in Launceston and my husband and I flew to Adelaide in June to see Adelaide and Hawthorn do battle at AAMI. It was like reliving the Elimination Final from 2007 going down by 4 points in a great game, as my husband is a Hawthorn supporter. We always try to see those games live. I have been lucky to see 3 games live this year but I always watch the games on TV and I am the typical passionate supporter who is very biased. Unfortunately we dont get a lot of news about Adelaide on our TV stations here but I always catch up on the website.

My interest started when my son, who at the time was only 10, followed the crows and to this day is still a one eyed crow supporter. I also use to work with a former crow player 'John Klug' who would always give my son the Pride magazine when he had finished it.

I was disappointed about losing to Collingwood in the Elimination Final on Saturday especially when the second quarter showed what we are capable of . Even though I was hurting after the game I know the players would have been hurting more. I will always be a crow supporter and look forward to next year. The next season seems like an eternity away but I am sure it will go fast.

To all the players, I hope you have a wonderful holiday before you are back into pre season training. Maybe next season will bring the success you all deserve.

Regards
Glenys Cooley
