WEST Coast’s Adam Selwood is in the clear after the match review panel threw out his striking charge on Monday.

Selwood, 24, was reported for contact with Fremantle’s Clayton Hinkley during Saturday’s NAB Challenge match at Subiaco Oval. But the match review panel decided Selwood’s contact with Hinkley was with the bicep, rather than the fist, and there was no forceful high contact.

No further players were charged out of the weekend’s matches. The match review panel also assessed a bump by Essendon ruckman David Hille on Collingwood’s Shane O’Bree, deciding no action was necessary.
