HAWTHORN forward Mark Williams says he has yet to see a replay of his high clash with Max Hudghton late in the Hawks preliminary final win over St Kilda.
Hudghton was paid a free kick after being collected by Williams’ hip area.
But the Hawthorn goalsneak said on Sunday morning that his only recollection of the incident was being told by the umpire that it was “high”.
“I am not too sure about that, about what happened,” Williams, who kicked five goals on Saturday night, said.
“I remember him getting the free kick, that’s all I remember.
“I think [the umpire] just said: ‘high’ and gave Maxy the free kick, and they went down and got a goal, so that’s all I can remember from that.”
The match review panel is expected to bring out its findings from both preliminary finals on Monday.
