The Hawks, who welcomed back Joel Smith and Tim Clarke on Thursday night, have named Zac Dawson, Grant Birchall, Beau Dowler and Brent Guerra on the bench, with Kane, Young and Stephen Gilham the three emergencies.
The Blues have made one change to the side that upset Melbourne last week, recalling Jordan Bannister, who returns after a week with the Northern Bullants in the VFL.
Bannister, who replaces the injured Simon Wiggins, has been named on the bench with Luke Blackwell, Chris Bryan and Cory McGrath, while 2004 club champion David Teague, Jesse Smith and Dylan McLaren are the three emergencies.
