Kyle Cheney, Jake Spencer, Neville Jetta and Jamie Bennell all played their first match for the Demons against North Melbourne last Sunday at the 'G.
Experienced Demon Colin Sylvia is also in the mix to return after he breached team expectations late in the pre-season, which resulted in him missing round one.
Bailey was pleased with the new quartet, indicating Cheney and Spencer were certainties to play and Jetta and Bennell more likely than not to front up against the Pies.
"We'll certainly consider playing all four of them again," Bailey said at the Junction Oval on Tuesday.
"Cheney was good and we need a ruckman so I don't see Spencer missing out unless he gets injured and the big bloke looks like he wants to roll out again, which is great.
"Bennell and Jetta, we'll see how they train during the week, but they showed enough to warrant another game.
"They are a couple of guys who will have to train well to push for selection and Colin Sylvia is certainly one of those players."
Bailey suggested it would be foolish to underestimate Collingwood despite its loss to Adelaide last Saturday.
"If you go back to the NAB Cup in the first three weeks, they (the Magpies) were pretty good. I watched them play on the weekend … they've got some quality players running around – there's no doubt about that," he said.
"They move the ball very well. They're skilful and they're very well drilled, so it's going to be a big ask, but it is Collingwood – everyone likes playing Collingwood."
He added it was important his side maintained its intensity in round two.
"We're playing a top four team and they're unhappy about their first round loss to Adelaide.
"It's going to be a real test for us. We need to be at it a lot longer on the weekend to be competitive against Collingwood, because I'm sure they're going to be knocking the door down.”
