The Trainee Customer Service Assistant positions will be based at the exciting, brand-new, state of the art
With the redevelopment close to completion, a great opportunity has arisen within the two departments. Merchandise will move into a large, modern shop and require one (1) new assistant to keep up with demand.
After a membership figure of over 30,000 members, the North Melbourne Football Club Membership department is bringing its customer service team in house for season 2010 onwards and is looking for 3 assistants to commence their careers.
The roles would be suited to students who have recently completed VCE with an interest to start a career in the sporting industry. The roles would report to the Merchandise Manager and Membership Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering in bound sales & enquiries via email, phone, mail & fax
- Outbound phone calls
- Serve customers over counter in store and on match days
- Processing membership applications via mail, phone, fax, email, internet, over counter
- Database maintenance and memo reporting
- Assistance at Club functions
- Ensuring great customer service is given to all members, supporters & community groups
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential with high level computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Outlook also preferred.
Hours for this role will be:
Merchandise:
Monday- 12pm- 5.30pm
Tuesday- Friday- 8.30am-5.30am
Saturday- 10am-1.30pm
Membership:
Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm
